While it is possible for our rafts to flip it is extremely unlikely. Your raft guide will explain what to do in the event of a raft flip during the safety briefing at the beginning of your trip.

11. What do I need to bring with me?

We have almost everything you will need. All equipment is provided for our rafting trips including wetsuits, helmets and PFD’s. All you need to bring is a towel, something to wear underneath a wetsuit and shoes, that you won’t mind getting wet. We would suggest and old pair of runners and please note no open toe shoes are allowed.

The river Liffey is a dam controlled river. This means that water levels can fluctuate based on both dam releases and weather conditions. These are the perfect conditions for adrenaline inducing white water.
