What you'll see

There is an abundance of flora, fauna and local wildlife to be seen along the route. Herons, Kingfishers, Swans, dragonflies, Otters and all types of fish are regularly spotted from onboard our rafts. It’s not all wildlife however, the Liffey Valley is steeped in history. During your trip you will come across Shackleton’s Mills, The Hermitage Estate, Kings Hospital and the Silver Bridge.

Age restrictions

The minimum age for active participants is 11 years old. Active participants are considered to be those who are strong enough to help propel the raft down the river. Younger kids can take part in our trips as non-paddling participants. Please get in touch for further details.
